Reporting from Honda Indonesia, after a successful first season last year, PT Honda Prospect Motor is again holding the Honda Racing Simulator Championship (HRSC) the second season which will be held virtually starts 21 next August. In this season, Honda Brio RS Urbanite appeared for the first time as one of the cars in the virtual racing event.
HRSC Competition 2 this time introducing the Honda Brio RS Urbanite car model which has the characteristics of a sporty City Car and can be used for daily activities. Before appearing on the virtual race track, The Honda Brio has been on many real racing tracks and is the choice of racers in various national championships.
HRSC is an online racing simulator championship that was first held by an automotive manufacturer in Indonesia 2020 Then. Just like last year, on HRSC 2, Participants will use a racing simulator program with Rfactor 2. This program is a racing simulator with graphics and driving sensations that are closest to real.
HRSC Championship 2 carries the racing concept Everyone Can Race and Everyone Can Win, where each participant will compete to collect points along the way 6 series held on a virtual circuit consisting of the Baku Circuit, Sepang, Adelaide, Road Atlanta, Interlagos, and Suzuka.
This championship is open to the public, Registration and qualifying rounds are now open 27 July – 17 August 2021. Meanwhile, this competition will run from date 21 August - 30 October 2021 each series can be watched live via YouTube @Hondaisme.
With a larger total prize of up to Rp 100 million, Participants will get prizes based on their respective points collection, so participants must try to collect as many points as possible which will be accumulated in the final series. On Master class, Participants will get IDR 65,000/point, Rising Star class Rp. 20.000,-/poin, and Rookie class Rp. 10.000,-/poin.
The three participants who collect the most points in each class will receive additional prizes apart from the points earned. For Master class, The first winner will get an additional prize of Rp 5 million, followed by the second winner of IDR 3 million and third place amounted to 2 million.
Meanwhile for the Rising Star class, The first winner will receive an additional prize of Rp 3 million, second place winner Rp 2 million, and third place as much as Rp 1 million. Then in the Rookie class, The first winner will get an additional Rp 2 million, runner up 1.5 million, and third place Rp 700 thousand.
