Honda released information regarding the specifications of the second generation Honda NSX Type S. The Honda NSX Type S comes with increased performance and a more aggressive design that provides more driving pleasure.
Quoted from Honda.com, This NSX Type S model uses a 3.5L V 6-cylinder DOHC twin turbo engine with a 4WD SPORT HYBRID SH-AWD ® system, 9-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). Engine output has also been increased in engine combustion efficiency.
Besides that, to further increase the sense of pleasure when driving, Honda presents new features, namely Paddle Hold and Downshift which can adjust the engine sound and lower the gear to the appropriate gear on the Honda NSX Type S variant.
From the exterior side, Honda NSX Type S body design is wider, lower and more prominent. The front and rear bumper designs use the addition of a new carbon fiber sports package to increase maximum aerodynamic performance.
The Honda NSX Type S uses a new design, namely forged aluminum wheels and the tire sizes are made differently 19 inches for the front tire while the rear tire uses size 20 inci.
Meanwhile on the interior side, Honda NSX Type S uses new seat options, roof lining made from alcantara as well as the headrest and there is an embroidered NSX logo. Apart from that, the Type S logo was also added glove box as well as smart key to add a sporty effect and pride for its users.
The Honda NSX Type S also becomes more attractive with the character of a super sports car with the Carbon Matte Gray color which will be a limited color. NSX Type S in this new color will be available 350 units worldwide (320 units outside Japan and 30 units in Japan).
