OTODIVA — Hyundai melalui Hyundai Motor ASEAN Headquarters menyelenggarakan Hyundai Global Internship Program untuk para mahasiswa bertalenta Tanah Air. From 250 registered students, only six people were eligible to take part in training in Seoul, South Korea.
This program lasted for four weeks at Hyundai Motor Company in Seoul, South Korea. The Hyundai Global Internship Program is presented for students who want to develop their skills and insight related to the automotive sector to work experience on a global scale.
“Kami harap program ini dapat memberi kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, developing the automotive industry ecosystem to help sustainable economic growth in Indonesia,” ujar Youngtack Lee, President of Hyundai Motor ASEAN HQ, in his official statement, Saturday, 22 July 2023.
This global internship program covers a wide range of fields, like marketing, sales, product, after-sales (service), procurement, serta research and development. In each field, Interns will receive direct assistance from Hyundai professionals to gain complete work experience. Participants also have the opportunity to experience a dynamic and multicultural global standard work environment through various activities during the program.
More than 250 Students from various universities in Indonesia have registered to take part in the Hyundai Global Internship Program. Of this amount, six students successfully passed the selection and were selected to take part in the global internship program from July to August 2023.

The Global Internship Program is planned to be held every year. Apart from Indonesia, This internship program will also be implemented for the Philippines and Thailand in the following year. Thus, Headquarters ensures that the collaborative and holistic approach of the Global Internship Program can be enjoyed by all participants this year.

Hyundai Internship Program and HR Quality Development Efforts
Relating to developing the quality of Indonesian human resources, previously, HMMI has held training “R&D Level Up Supplier Education” di Hyundai Mobility Innovation Center (MIC), Cikarang, West Java. Involving program 57 This supplier is part of HMMI's commitment to developing R capabilities&D in the Indonesian automotive sector as a whole and increasing the level of domestic components (TKDN) of the company's products.
Next on 2021 ago, HMMI has also held an Automobile Technology Training internship program & Internship (ATTI) in June–December 2021 which is part of the company's CSR activities. As much 50 graduates from 10 High School in Bekasi Regency, West Java, be part of the program, where 38 Some of the participants have successfully worked at HMMI to date.
