Indomobil Group strengthens its role in the Indonesian electric vehicle industry by introducing Adora at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. This exhibition took place on 13-23 February 2025 at the Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran. Adora is the first electric vehicle product developed by Indomobil through its business unit, Indomobil Emotor Indonesia, which focuses on developing a sustainable electric vehicle ecosystem.
Adora was born as part of the transformation towards environmentally friendly mobility. With experience of more than 50 years in the automotive industry, Indomobil Group shows its commitment to investing in the development of electric vehicles. Equipped with an extensive distribution network and after-sales service, Adora offers convenience for consumers who want to switch to environmentally friendly vehicles.
Gerry Kertowidjojo, Director of PT Indomobil Emotor Internasional, explained that Adora is here to meet the needs of modern mobility that is more efficient and safe. Dengan semangat “Siap Tersentak, Siap Bergerak”, Adora offers a quality driving experience and installment options for purchasing a new battery after the warranty period expires. Adora is ready to become the main choice for consumers who care about the environment.
Indomobil Group is also committed to expanding the Adora dealer network to 200 location this year. Besides that, they will build a training center to ensure optimal after-sales service. This step supports Indomobil's efforts to create a strong electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia.
Indomobil Group establishes partnerships with various parties, such as the IMFI, Adira, BNI, Independent, Danamon, and BCA, to make it easier to access Adora's ownership. Synergy with the EV community, like KOSMIC Indonesia, It is also hoped that it will encourage more people to switch to electric vehicles.
At IIMs 2025, Visitors can try Adora's performance through a test ride session, and exploring innovative technologies that improve driving comfort and safety. Adora's superior technology includes Interactive Speedometer with Screen Mirroring, Push Assist Mode, Hill Start Assist, Traction Control System, Anti Theft System 3.0, and Regenerative Braking.
Apart from product technology, Indomobil Group also held a talk show with KOSMIK Indonesia which discussed the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia. This session provides insight into the benefits and advantages of electric motorbikes for riders in Indonesia.
