Xiaomi EV makes new history with Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, which is the fastest luxury electric car on the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit. This car has recorded impressive times 7 minute 4,957 seconds in his first trial, strengthening Xiaomi's position in the high-performance electric vehicle arena.
This achievement reflects Xiaomi's seriousness in designing high-performance cars. The SU7 Ultra incorporates an electric motor, high powered battery, and an advanced chassis torque control system. Improved aerodynamics also play a big role in conquering this extreme circuit.
This car uses a three-motor configuration that is identical to the prototype version: two V8 motors and one V6s, produces a total power of up to 1.548 PS. Acceleration from 0–100 km/h only requires 1,98 second (with one-foot rollout), while the maximum speed penetrates 350 km/hour.
The Nürburgring circuit is an ideal place to test the limits of electric vehicle performance. The challenges of high speeds and extreme temperatures encourage the Xiaomi team to perfect powertrain technology and vehicle safety to the maximum.
To strengthen this commitment, Xiaomi has established a strategic partnership with the Nürburgring. One of the results was the naming of the bend on the Grand Prix track "Xiaomi Curve" as a symbol of collaboration.
Besides that, Xiaomi EV is now an official member of the Nürburgring Industry Pool — a prestigious development program that provides exclusive access to testing cutting-edge technology on the world-class track.
This collaboration paves the way for Xiaomi to continue developing future vehicle technology. The Nürburgring will function as an open laboratory to test innovations that will be implemented in future production vehicles.
With this step, Xiaomi not only shows dominance on the track, but it also sets new standards for electric car performance, both for racing needs and daily use.
